Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items

If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, or with a misprint, we've got you covered.

Just email us at support@campfirecryptids.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a brief description, and photos of the issue.

Once approved, we'll either:

• Send a free replacement, or
• Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Need a Different Size?

If your shirt doesn't fit quite right, we're happy to help with a simple exchange.

Reach out via email at support@campfirecryptids.com within 30 days of delivery.

Cancellations

Because each shirt is made to order, we can only accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.

After that, production begins and we're unable to make changes.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 1 business day.

Depending on your bank, it may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

No Need to Return for Some Cases

If there was a minor issue or wrong size, we may sometimes offer a replacement or refund without requiring a return.

We keep things sustainable and simple, so feel free to gift or donate the item instead.
